Yeah, I know... the instruction about the mp3.lst arent up.... Heres what happened.... I got the custom case done last night... I was installing it in my car, when i noticed that i needed a longer power cable... so i got on and pulled out what i thought was the power cable that was too short... it turned out to be the parallel cable... I ened up breaking a minor part of the LCD. I have it fixed now, but I had to go with out an LCD today :-( Anyways, I'll see what I can do about finishing up the instructions for the mp3.lst and the complete how-to this weekend (I have a 3 1/2 day weekend). If you are wondering why i am so busy, I am a Juinor in high school... BTW, my ICQ# is 15809391 if anyone wants to add me to their list.

As promised, the software is here! It is under the BUILD YOUR OWN AMP section. Read the info and get the files there. And teh eternal question.... the source code.... read about it towards the bottom of BUILD YOUR OWN AMP. Expect another update about the mp3.lst in a few days. Is anyone out there able to make a program that will create it? Anyone want to port it to linux?

Finally got my new system running. The frontend for the AMP is done. I'll write put some doncumentation and put the .exe up for download later tonight or tomorrow. The casing for the LCD is now done, and I might install it for good in my car sometime this week.

I will be working on the "how to" this weekend. I *might* have it done on sunday. I will be drilling and cutting the LCD box tomorrow. After that, everything should be done. Also, the code advanced a little more today.

I just got done with some more code. The ramdisk works perfectly now, and speed is excellent. I updated the details with some OS and HD info.
